Hey, I’m Cassandra (she/her)
I’m a therapist based in St. Catharines, Ontario, offering in-person and virtual psychotherapy services across Ontario. I’m registered as a Registered Psychotherapist, RP (CRPO) and Registered Social Worker, RSW (OCSWSSW). I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, personality disorders, attachment wounds, and emotion regulation problems.
Since 2015, I’ve worked in crisis services, residential programs, supervised access, and local nonprofit that provides trauma informed care. I blend evidence-based approaches with a relational presence, systemic awareness, and a deep respect for the whole person.
I founded blōm to provide a safe, supportive space where my clients can heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of self. I love being a therapist because it allows me to walk alongside my clients as they process difficult emotions, heal trauma, and build skills. Often times before therapy, my clients live in a cloud of darkness or have nervous systems that are so explosive that it is disruptive to everyday life. I love seeing clients start to bloom into versions of themselves that they’ve always wanted to be, and see themselves doing things they never thought would be possible, building healthier relationships, or starting to build a strong sense of self love. Therapy is ultimately about opening possibilities and choice in life and having a strong sense of self backing your every move. I feel so grateful that I get to see these shifts everyday.
I’m passionate about helping people feel seen and heard in their healing journeys. My approach is grounded in empathy and a belief that healing doesn’t have to be perfect—it’s about making space for growth, understanding, and self-compassion and changing things a little at a time.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and empowering. You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported. At blōm, we hold space for the messy, the vulnerable, and the brave.
Outside the Therapy Room
When I’m not working, I love finding joy in life’s simple moments. I’m happiest when I’m trying new foods, soaking up the sun at the beach (I run on photosynthesis), cuddling up with a book, or going on an adventure to a new place. These moments outside of work remind me of the importance of balance, self-care, and staying curious—values I try to bring into my work as a therapist.
I believe in being real and relatable. Life is messy, and healing can be too—but that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth it. I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to figure it all out alone and recovery and growth are possible.
